National Sexuality Education Standards: Core Content and Skills, K–12 were just released in January. The American School Health Association, the American Association of Health Education, the National Education Association, and the Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education collaborated to develop the new standards. These Standards are for teacher review. Teachers should follow their district guidelines before implementing and participate in national webinars that will provide more information.
